I'm trying to think of a good way to use my Vox account (there are still invitations to be had, if you need one) and have several things in mind. What keeps me from doing anything with it is the lack of comment threads.
What do I do if someone replies to my posts? There is no way to reply to their comment and I feel somehow bad about that. I know some of you have had "real" blogs before they were on lj, so maybe you can give me an idea if what the netiquette on this is. Is it an lj thing to expect an answer, to have online conversations via comments? So far, I have mostly ignored comments in my Vox. I read them, I like them, but I don't answer. And sure, I often comment here on lj without expecting an answer, it just feels weird to make a post and know that you can't directly reply to what people are saying.
Also, my Stargate Season 8 DVDs arrived this morning when I was wearing nothing but a towel. I'm sure this is a sign, but I can't figure out what it wants to tell me. To watch Stargate naked, maybe?
All these questions, and no answer in sight. I think I will have to eat something.
