I absolutely don't get the Ducky/Gerald thing. Where do people get that idea? It's not only that I dislike fics where "everyone" is gay, it's also that I just can't see it.
I could rather see Ducky/Mr. Palmer
So, what other NCIS pairings are there that I will and will not read?
Gibbs/DiNozzo, the obvious one. So in love with them. And they with each other. *g*
Gibbs/Abby. Oh yes, I could get into that. Well, I'm rather obsessed with both of them, and it would be so wonderfully wrong to put them together... Oh yes, definitely.
Gibbs/Kate. If I have to... Seriously, I'm so desperate for NCIS fic that even Gibbs/Kate sounds good to me. I read B. Cavis fics, but mostly for the hot sex. They are good, but they are like an AU, because they couldn't convince me that there was anything between Gibbs and Kate. LYJ's Gibbs/Kate fics were wonderful in the way that it was only (mostly) Kate interested in Gibbs, and I can easily see that, at least in the beginning of the show. I cannot believe that Gibbs would fall for Kate, unless...
...Gibbs/Kate/Tony. Okay, so it will never happen. But then, that's what fabfiction is there for, isn't it. And B. Cavis threesome series, which I read again today, is not only very hot, it also plays with the idea that Gibbs is different because he is with both of them, allows himself to do things he wouldn't if he were with only one person. I like that idea. Gibbs certainly has enough issues for two people.
Abby/Kate. Yes, yes, yes. I', rather convinced that they are doing it whenever they get the chance and don't have another date. And I also think that McGee knows about it, and doesn't mind, because Abby can be very convincing and he finds the idea hot just like any other guy. In fact, he will probably join as soon as Abby can convince Kate to allow that. there is really no excuse for the lack if Abby/Kate/McGee fics.
Abby/Ducky. Yes, yes, yes. Just read the two (?) Abby/Ducky fics that exist, and you'll know why.
McGee/Abby. So incredibly cute that I can't stop squeeing whenever they appear on screen. More Abby/McGee fic, please.
I can't really picture McGee with anyone else, though I've read some Tony/McGee, which was hot, but since Tony is meant for Gibbs, I don't think it'll have a future. McGee/Gibbs is hot in a totally different and wrong way and there will be orgies in the morgue before it ever happens, but you can't tell me that McGee hasn't jerked off thinking of Gibbs at least once.
Which leaves us with Abby/Tony and Tony/Kate, and to be honest, at the moment I'd read both of them, just to read about Tony having sex.
*frustrated sigh*
