So, my dear flist, yoga? Ashtanga or Kripalu?
I'm looking more for a workout than for a spiritual experience and the descriptions on the studios websites don't help much, because they are aimed at people who already know about yoga. Unlike me.
What would you recommend? What are the differences between the two?
