NCIS Season 1 DVDs arrived, and boy, they suck. Cheap paper cover, cheap single (!) DVD boxes, no extras. The picture quality is worse than the HDTV eps that I downloaded. I ordered the UK version because it was a bit cheaper than the german one and I get very annoyed with german titles, but I really hope the german version is better than this.
I'm not sure what to do. For starters, I'm going to write Amazon Uk an angry email, because while they may not produce it, it is them who are selling such a crappy product. But I doubt I will send them back, unless they pay for the shipping, which they won't do. Is the US version any better? Apart from the extras, I mean? If it is, I might sell this "box" on ebay and buy the US version for myself. Still, very annoying. And I had been looking forward to the DVDs for weeks.
