I downloaded a new version of semagic (1.4.1.3), and somehow I can't figure out where to write my entry.
There's a field for the subject, and then I can chose which journal to post to, and below that are the other options. There is however, no field where I could actually write a new entry.
Is this some kind of joke or am I just too stupid?

I just watched Highlander "To Be/ Not To Be" for the first time.
*sniff*
*blows nose*
It made me cry.

How come Highlander, with all these silly quickenings and the wigs and the costumes and the people who are too good for their own good and all the other kitsch can make me cry, but I didn't shed a tear over "Meridian"? I wanted to cry during Meridian, but I couldn't. I did NOT want to cry during "Not To Be" and I couldn't stop it.
I'm weird that way.

So, here's some random things that never fail to make me cry:
- Out of Africa --> I cry without pause during the last 45 minutes. Sometimes more.

- The Horse Whisperer -->The book, not the movie. Well, I almost cried during the movie because Robert Redford has gotten so damn old.

-Harry Potter - The Philosopher's Stone --> I cry a little when Neville gets the ten points that Gryffindor needs for winning.

-Disney Movies --> Pretty much all of them. They are very cruel. I almost die everytime I see a Disney movie. So cruel, so sad. *sniff*

-Fried Green Tomatoes --> I keep telling myself that it is silly to cry every time at the same scenes, but I can't help myself.

-Dead Poet's Society --> It's been awhile since I've seen that movie, but I used to cry a lot during Dead Poet's Society. And I just bought the DVD. :-)

-Der Name der Rose (The Name of the Rose) -->I cry when the library burns down. It's just a tear, but I can't stop that one tear. The loss of all these books makes me very very sad. If I had been born before the invention of printing, I would have become a monk who handwrites books.

Got a movie or a book that makes you cry? Tell me about it!
