(no subject)

We went to the vet again, and he diagnosed my dog with Cauda Equina syndrom . It is a deformation of the spine or something like that, that puts pressure on the nerves in his spine. There is the possibility of surgery, but he couldn't tell us anything about the chances. It's a spine surgery, so I can guess how the chances are.
I cired a lot, and now I feel numb and I don't know what to do.
Does anyone know more about this syndrom? Or know someone who has a dog with this syndrom and went through surgery?
