Remember when I said that KazaaLite is working, and that it cheered me up after my post-university depression?
Well, I lied.
I didn't know it at the time, so technically it's not lying, but it definitely is not the truth.
Kazaa is working, right. I have download speeds of about 0.5kb/s.
Tell me when you are finished with laughing.
See, I have this wonderful, new, EXPENSIVE DSL flat rate. Which should allow me download speeds of 96kb/s. Okay, I know, that's a lot. I am not asking for 96. What about 50? Or maybe 40? Can I have 40 please?
It's so unfair. At the moment, I am thinking of quitting this internet business altogether and of never ever touching a computer again in my life.
Of course I looked for help online. I found stuff. I opened ports. It does not help.
So, if anyone is using DSL via a wireless LAN router, and is using Kazaa, and it is actually working: could you do me a favor and tell me which ports I have to open? Because I really really want to download Stargate Season 7. And C.S.I. And...and other things. I am so depressed.

Meanwhile, I am doing what any reasonable person who suffered from depression during the last days would do: I am starting to read my friends list at skip=1000, and try to catch up with what you guys been doing.
