Before I get into deep thoughts about the season finale (which - given my limited time - I might never do), I have just one comment on that very last scene.

Shouldn't he be naked?
I don't think it's normal that people are wearing their clothes in hell. What, we'll torture you until the end of times, but you can leave on your shirt?
