Bones 1x09 "The Man in the Fallout Shelter"
Bones is possibly the best crackhead show ever.
- my darling Angela was dressed up as an elf and looked adorable. She also promised to kiss every man in sight (Booth, Zach and Hodgins) and Bones herself. If I'd read fic about this show, Bones/Angela would be my OTP. As it is, I doubt anyone even writes fic about the show.
- Booth compared the office party to a Star Wards convention. This can only mean that he has a) been to a Star Wars convention (otherwise, how'd he know what it is like) and b) is a fan of whatever the Star Wars adversary fandom is. No, I don't know what that means either.
- Zach and Hodgins, who - for you heathens who don't watch Bones - sort of live together, playing with a (self-build) robot "It reminds me of you: You tell it to stop, it turns, you ask it to take out the garbage, it watches reruns of Firefly." Later, they have a shower together. Yes, I'm serious.
- Then Booth gets stones, and OMG he has a kid! Secrets revealed!
- Now they build their own little secret santa gifts. (I did mention that they are quarantined in the lab during christmas, didn't I? Plausiblity? What is that plausibility word I hear?)
- I'd repeat all the incredibly geeky joesk, but i don't get half of them, so I won't.
- They all have more issues than even the worst fanfic could ever invent. With the matching soundtrack. Fanfic never gets the cheesy background music effect. You just know that this is thw work of a master of writing.
- And now it's all so happy, and sad and adorable... *wipes tears away*

So beautiful. And Bones didn't even get to shoot or beat up people, really, can a christmas episode get any more peaceful than that?
